Why does BJP National President Nadda remain silent on issues related to Himachal: Kaushal

State Congress Chief Spokesperson Prem Kaushal, in a press conference held at Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan, on BJP National President JP Nadda’s arrival in Himachal, raised questions about him not taking the side of Himachal on the step-motherly treatment being given to Himachal Pradesh by the Central Government. Addressing the meeting, he said that with the coming of elections, Nadda started remembering Himachal. Still, the Center was trying to strengthen the economic condition of the state with the reduction in the limit of loans taken by the state government and the funding of schemes being implemented with foreign funding. Nadda should clarify his position on the anti-state order of not giving water cess to power project companies against the decision of the Congress government to impose water cess for OPS. Why was the central grant of Rs 1750 crore stopped after implementing OPS in the state? With the announcement by the Union Road and Transport Minister of giving Rs 500/- for the reconstruction of the national highways and four-lane roads destroyed during the disaster, the BJP President also stressed his role as a Himachali over the Center ignoring the state in the disaster. He said that BJP has promised to provide gas cylinders for Rs 400 in Rajasthan. BJP National President should say that if gas cylinders can be given for Rs 400 in Rajasthan, why not in India? Kaushal said while targeting BJP. The BJP does not have faith in democracy, the Constitution, and the judiciary, which is why a law was made to exclude the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from the selection panel of the Chief Election Commissioner, which further indicates that the BJP does not want fair elections.
