Vikrmaditya Singh dubbed the budget as anti youth

Congress party MLA from Shimla rural,  Vikramaditya Singh has described it as an arrow in the dark. Not mentioned so that employment opportunities can increase in the country. Singh, while giving his reaction on the general budget, has said that it is the same box of figures, in which every effort has been made to show the country people a sabuj bag( false promises). The budget is completely directionless, which has neither any condition nor any direction Due to which the common people would get any relief. They do not think that this budget will achieve the targeted growth rate in the country.
