Children will get cultured education in single school : Melaram Sharma

Outgoing President of Panchayat Samiti Sangrah Melaram Sharma inaugurated a single school in the village Arat of Sirmaur on Monday. In this single school, opened with the help of the voluntary organization Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad, moral education lessons will be taught daily to children up to 15 years of age. Mela Ram Sharma said that with the opening of this school in Arat village, the number of single schools in the Renuka area has increased to 360, whereas in Sirmaur district the number of these schools has increased to more than 1200.
He said that the single schools opened across the country with the help of the voluntary organization Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad are playing an important role in developing the high values ​​of Indian culture among the students right from childhood. Melaram Sharma said that Ekal Vidyalayas have an important contribution to the preservation and promotion of Sanatan culture in the nation and Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad is playing an important role in instilling a sense of pride towards the country in the young generation through these schools.
Congratulating the workers associated with the Ekal Abhiyan in the country, he said that the workers associated with this campaign are doing a commendable job of taking the young generation of the country forward on the right path by sacrificing their personal work for their families and taking a vow to serve the nation.
He said that Ekal Abhiyaan is India’s largest non-government education movement. Under this campaign, single schools are opened in remote areas of the country. Free education is provided to children and teenagers in these schools. He further said that Ekal Vidyalayas have played an important role in spreading cultural education among the young generation across the country since childhood. This is also giving a boost to the upliftment and development of villages and especially backward areas.
On this occasion, Sanju Rana, campaign head and organization minister of Shri Renuka Ji Zone, said that at present the number of single schools in the entire nation has reached 120,000 and under this campaign, more than 25 lakh students are getting moral education in addition to school education. They are being provided and important work is being done to awaken among them the feeling of dedication and patriotism towards the country. He said that the workers working in Ekal Vidyalaya are also working to protect children from malnutrition at an early age and to awaken health awareness among them. Sanju Rana said that under the Ekal campaign, work is also being done to free the young generation from drug addiction and connect them with the mainstream of the nation by inculcating good values ​​in them. He said that under the Ekal Abhiyan, apart from school education, children are also being motivated to make themselves self-reliant by highlighting the unique talents hidden in them.
On this occasion, former Panchayat Committee member Mohan Singh, former Panchayat head Gyan Thakur, and Panchayat member Anita Devi were also present.
