A welcome program titled “Dandaras” was held by the Gaddi Student Welfare Association at Himachal Pradesh University’s Science Hall on Tuesday. Gokul Butel, Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister for IT Innovation, Digital Technology, and Governance (Cabinet Rank), attended the event as the chief guest.
During the program, Retired Additional Chief Secretary Dr. P.C. Kapoor honored Gokul Butel by presenting him with a shawl and cap, while Association President Kartik presented him with a souvenir. On this occasion, the chief guest also launched the official website of the Gaddi Student Welfare Association.
