600-stage two forest clearance okey by SC, HP waiting nod to other cases

Supreme Court of India has given stage-two clearance to 600 development projects during the covid lock down, however other number of developmentalprojects of stage-1 are pending before SC to give forest clearance.
This was stated by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur replying to a query of Jagat Singh Negi of Congress in thequestion hour.
Mr Thakur said that SC of India banned all types of green felling and only those developmental projects could be executed by the state government which were allowed by the apex court after giving final forest clearance.
CM  said that during the last two years his government is trying to allow many projectspending before the union ministry of forest, environment and climatic change. 
” I have met the prime minister, union home minister and solicitor general of India to early clearance of pending projects. SC have recently allowed 600 developments which were pending for stage two clearance.” Mr Thakur informed.
Other projects which are pending for stage one clearance before the union minister would also be placed before the SC to also be allowed soon as the developmental projects are in pipelines and could not be executed until the it wasnot given the final clearance. Six link roads projects belonging to Kinnuar districts are also pending for  forestclearance and the government  would prepare  DPR only after it was permitted by the court.
