Young Talent Takes Centre Stage at St. Edward’s School Annual Function
The campus of St. Edward’s School, Shimla, came alive with colour, music and youthful energy as students of Classes I to V showcased their talents during the school’s Annual Function. The evening turned into a vibrant celebration of creativity, confidence and cultural diversity, with young performers winning appreciation from the audience.

The stage then burst into life with a lively mix of dance performances. From the festive spirit of Carnival and Disco to Tribal, Jazz, Rock, Popping, Hip-Hop and K-Pop, the children displayed remarkable enthusiasm and versatility. Heal the World brought a thoughtful message of compassion and global harmony, while the Robotic Dance added a futuristic touch to the celebrations. A spirited grand finale brought the cultural evening to a memorable close.
Addressing the gathering, School Principal Rev. Fr. Henry Joseph Raj applauded the young performers for their enthusiasm and dedication. He also acknowledged the efforts of teachers and the encouragement of parents in helping children develop their talents, confidence and creativity.
