SW Monsoon likely to recede from part of Himachal Pradesh

South West Monsoon System is likely to recede from many places of Himachal Pradesh as IMD forecasts say that it is likely to start completely withdrawing from the state till October 2.

Currently, a South West Monsoon System is scarcely active in a few places along with a western disturbance. The Minimum temperature was normal and the Maximum temperature was above normal. The Sikhshrine city Paontashaib was recorded warmest at 37 degrees and Kukamsari in Lahaul Spiti coldest at 4.9 degrees.

The minimum temperature of Tourist resorts in Manali was 10 degrees, Kufri 14 degrees, Shimla 14.8 degrees, and Dalhousie 16 degrees.

Met Office forecasts mainly dry weather in the next three days in the state.
