Sexual harrssment : Vice chairperson of Gudiya board takes cognizance

The Saksham Gudiya Board H.P. has taken strong cognizance of the case of molestation of a student by the Principal in Rohru College directing state police to oppose bail order of Accused officiating principal.  
The vice-chairman of the board, Mrs. Roopa Sharma condemned the incident  describing this heinous crime against student and shaming to the teaching community. 
 Condemning this crime, Mrs. Sharma told the police that considering the seriousness of the matter, strict action should be taken against the culprit who is released on bail by a court order on Monday. 
She also directed the police that after the anticipatory bail order police should oppose the confirmation of bail so that principal should be put behind the bar at any cost, otherwise the atmosphere of insecurity will increase among the daughters and parents further increase the enthusiasm of such poor mentality. 
Ms Sharma said that an educational institution is a temple.  
“By getting knowledge from here, our young generation, inspired by the service of the nation, plays the role of a good citizen.” She said
“If such heinous crimes would be flourished and nurtured in this temple of Education and  condemnable  teacher who is an important link to make a good citizen, found to be indulged in the crime would dismantled entire setup  .'” She maintained.

  If teacher themselves are doing this, to make a strong society by keeping our children safe in the society wouldn’t be possible,  Smt. Roopa Sharma added.
