Rakhi making competition organised at Keonthal Convent School

A Rakhi making competition was organised at Keonthal Convent School on Thursday to mark the auspicious festival of Rakshabandhan. All the students of the school participated enthusiastically in the competition and displayed their creative talent by preparing attractive and beautiful Rakhis. Srishti of Class X, Avni of Class VIII secured first place, and Manvi of Class IX secured second place in the competition.
On this occasion, the school principal informed the students about the significance of the festival of Raasta Bandhan, saying that it is a sacred festival of love, trust, and affection between brothers and sisters. He also narrated the mythological story related to Raasta Bandhan to the students and introduced them to the cultural and traditional significance of the festival.
The Principal praised all the students who participated in the competition and extended his heartiest congratulations to the winning students.
