Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the Vijay Sankalp rally at Chaugan in Nahan said that only BJP can provide the speed and scale that India needs. Before his speech, he recalled the time he spent in Himachal and remembered Maa Shalooni and all the gods and goddesses.

He said that when I was in charge of Himachal, I considered Himachal as my second home and I still do. Modi said that times have changed but Modi has not changed.

PM Modi also remembered his Himachal colleagues in his speech.

He said that neither Nahan nor Sirmaur is new for me. But I have to say that today’s atmosphere is new. When the country did not know Modi, even then you people did not hold back in giving me blessings and love. Time has changed, but Modi has not changed. Modi has the same old relationship with Himachal.

He said that I need blessings. One for building a strong India, second for building a developed India and third for a developed Himachal. Modi said that Himachal Pradesh is a state adjacent to the border, the people of Himachal know the meaning of a strong and powerful government. Modi will risk his life for you, but will never let any trouble come to you.

You have seen the era of Congress, when there was a weak government in the country. At that time Pakistan used to dance on our head, the weak government of Congress used to go around pleading in the world. But Modi said that India will no longer beg from the world, India will fight its own battle and then India attacked inside the home.

Congress has a problem with saying Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Congress has a problem with saying Vande Mataram. Such a Congress can never do any good to Himachal.

To get power, Congress lied a lot to the people of Himachal, they said that this will happen in the first cabinet, that will happen. But nothing happened in the first cabinet, rather the cabinet itself broke down.

The Congress and Indy alliance are selfish and opportunistic. They are deeply communal, deeply casteist and deeply nepotistic.

For 60 years, Congress did not think that there are poor people in the general category too, they also need reservation, Congress never thought about these communities. Modi came and made 10% reservation for the poor people of the general category and there was no quarrel in this country.

When Modi mentioned the Hati community, the pandal echoed with slogans.

Modi said that Congress did not give reservation to even the Hati community of our Giripar. Modi has done all these works to repay your debt. Due to this, today people of our society are getting opportunities in different places.

The latest example of the conspiracy of the Indy Alliance has come to light in West Bengal. Just 2 days ago, the Kolkata High Court there abolished the reservation of many Muslim castes. Many Muslim castes were made OBCs by the Indy Alliance and were given the rights of OBCs. By doing this, the Indy Alliance robbed the rights of OBCs and tore the Constitution to shreds. Now after the decision of the Kolkata High Court, the Indy Alliance is furious. The Chief Minister of Bengal is even refusing to accept the decision of the court. The Constitution and the courts do not matter to them. If there is anyone who is closest to them, then it is their vote bank.

Today I have come to you for the third time to seek blessings for the BJP government. I do not want blessings for myself, my family, my community. I want blessings for building a strong India, a developed India, a developed Himachal.

The rally was presided over by BJP’s state president Dr Rajiv Bindal. He said that it is our good fortune that PM Modi has come to the holy land of Himachal. After today’s visit, BJP and its election campaign will get a boost. Right now, 400 in Himachal has crossed 400 in the country.
