Nine BJP suspends MLA submitted reply to show-cause notice

Himachal Pradesh BJP nine MLAs who are facing show cause notice on the complaint moved against them by a Congress MLA Ajay Solanki submitted a written reply before Himachal Pradesh Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania on Monday.

Talking to media persons after giving a personal presence before the speaker today former speaker and BJP MLA Vipin Singh Parmar said that all the nine MLAs were present and submitted the statement on the show cause notice.

All MLA respects the Speaker and his decision in such a situation, now the decision of the Speaker is awaited.

 During this, BJP MLA and former Speaker of the Assembly Vipin Singh Parmar said that during the last budget session, the Privilege Committee had issued notices to BJP MLAs under various sections for contempt of the House. 

He said that whatever was asked of him in the notice, they had explained their side before the Speaker in detail as per the rules. 

Nine BJP MLAs who were suspended from the House during the last budget session appeared in the Assembly today on the notice of the Privilege Committee.
