Newborn baby’s body found in Rajgarh hospital toilet
A heartbreaking incident occurred in Civil Hospital Rajgarh on Wednesday morning, which shook the entire area. There was a commotion when a newborn baby was found dead in the hospital toilet, and there was chaos in the hospital premises. According to the information received, at around 8:30 in the morning, a cleaning worker went to clean the toilet as usual. While cleaning, he noticed a suspicious object stuck in the toilet seat. When he looked carefully, it was the dead body of a newborn baby. Seeing this scene, the worker was shocked and he immediately informed the staff nurse and doctors about it.
Upon learning of the incident, the hospital administration swung into action, leaving those present at the scene stunned. The police were immediately informed. The Rajgarh police station in-charge arrived at the scene with his team and began an investigation.
Dr. Upasana Sharma, BMO, Rajgarh, confirmed the incident and said that the newborn was found dead in the hospital toilet this morning. She said that the matter is being investigated seriously. The body of the newborn is being sent to Nahan Medical College for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
Police have recorded statements from hospital staff and are now examining CCTV footage to identify the person responsible for this inhumane act.
