Misuse of ED against Jain : Threatens to court arrest 

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has protested against the arrest of Satayander Jain, the party in-charge of Himachal. In a press conference held here today AAP warned to to vourt arrest them by launching a ‘Jail Bharo Andolan.’  Solan district AAP president Rajiv Sharma said that the central government has unleashed vendata Politics against Jain  as it couldn’t digest the increasing popularity of party under the leadership of Satyendra Jain.  He alleged that the central government is misusing the ED and central agencies.  The case against the Satyendra Jain also started by the CBI in 2018 which closed after investigation.  Now in view of his increasing activities of AAP under the leadership of Jain in Himachal, he was arrested a day before the Prime Minister’s visit. He said that there is assembly election in Himachal after 6 months. The central government is adopting such tactics to cause harm. Sharma said that party vision document is being prepared for development in Himachal which would release as  election manifesto soon. AAP leader claimed that the increasing base of party in the state would help the partyto wave its flag in the assembly elections soon.
