Major house fire gutted cash & ornaments
A major fire broke out at Kadevag village near Theog last night gutting cash and ornaments kept in the house. Superintendent of police Shimla Dr Monika Bhatnaguru said that fire broke out due to electric short-circuit in the house of Shyam Lal resident of Village- Kadevag, post office- Sarog of Theog Tehsi at 8:44 pm on Tuesday night. There is no loss of life but some cash and jewelery got burnt. Local people triwd daused down the inferno but belonging of victim family including cash and ornaments also gutted in the mishasp. Now a revenue team would deployed in the village to access the loss caused to property and provide compensation to victim according to state fire manual.
