Lions Club Shimla Hosts Successful Blood Donation and Testing Camp at Ridge Maidan
In a noble effort to contribute to the community’s health and well-being, the Lions Club Shimla organized a Blood Donation and Blood Testing Camp at the scenic Ridge Maidan in Shimla. The event, which took place on [insert date], saw a strong turnout and garnered widespread support from locals.
Lion ManMohan Verma, the President of the Lions Club Shimla, shared that 23 individuals generously donated blood, which was promptly transferred to the team from DDU Hospital for further use. This selfless act will help meet the urgent demand for blood in the region, benefiting many patients in need.
In addition to the blood donation drive, free blood tests were conducted in collaboration with BVP Clinical Lab. These tests provided valuable health insights, and the reports were handed back to the participants, contributing to their overall wellness and peace of mind.
The event was made possible thanks to the dedicated efforts of several Lions Club members. Among them were Lion Sunil Sood, Project Chairperson, Lion Davinder Chauhan, Director, Lion M.K.
