DR BS Nagendra Prashar joins aa new VC of Bahra University
Dr. BS Nagendra Parashar joined as new Vice Chancellor of Bahra University Waknaghat in Himachal Pradesh who is former alumni of National Institute Engineering Bengaluru.
A press communique issued by the University said that new VC joined on Wednesday and he welcomed by the Chancellor Gurinder Singh of ahe University.
Parashar has a expertisation in the academics, industrial tie-ups and designing various programmes.
Dr.Parashr is Doctorate from National institute of engineering Bengluru. He has experience of more than 30 years in Education.
Dr. Parashar authored two text books on Elements of manufacturing process and cellular manufacturing systems as integrated approach along with 50 research papers published in reputed international and national journals.
Dr Parashar has been served with top educational institutions of country like BITS Pilani, PES University Bengluru, Presidency University Bengluru, KL University Guntur Andhra Pradesh, GMR Foundation.
While addressing the university staff on the occasion of his joining here, VC stated that he is lucky to serve in Himachal The land of gods and deities and serve the people of state.
Highlighting his immediate priority as the new VC also shown commitment to take Bahra University to next- generation level so that students specially from Himachal could get world class education at their door steps with class infrastructure and affordability for higher education.
