Dismissal of Rahul Gandhi’s petition by Gujarat HC unfortunate: HPCC
Gujarat High Court today dismissed Rahul Gandhi’s petition in defamation today reacting to the development, State Congress President Pratibha Singh has said that it is unfortunate that the Congress leader is fighting for justice at every level due to unleashing of political vendetta by the BJP government at Centre.
She has said that the Congress stands in solidarity with Rahul Gandhi. Any conspiracy of the BJP against Rahul Gandhi is not going to be successful.
Responding to the dismissal of Rahul Gandhi’s defamation petition, Pratibha Singh said that the dictatorship of the Modi government at the Center is creating instability in the country’s politics today.
She said that Rahul Gandhi was expelled from the membership of the Lok Sabha under a political conspiracy. The manner in which constitutional institutions are being misused in the country today is a matter of grave concern.
She has said that the Congress party and state party unit is standing with Rahul Gandhi in the fight for his struggle.
She has said that the truth could be troubled but not defeated. Every party worker of the state is standing with Rahul Gandhi in his fight to get justice.
