Cong Youth leader and a MLA book for unlawful Assembly
Youth Congress working president Yadupati Thakur and members of Assembly from Rural Shimla Vikramaditya Singh and others were booked for indulging in unlawful Assembly at scandal point on the Mall road on Mar 29 a police officer confirmed. An FIR was registered u/s 143,188 IPC at Police station Sadar against Yadupati Thakur, Vikramaditya Singh, Chhatar Singh Thakur, Rahul Mehra, Virendra Banshu, Amit Thakur, Rahul Chauhan, Dinesh Chopra, Deepak Khurana etc. all Youth Congress activists for salogeerning during Tiranga Yatra of Youth Congress/ NSUI, at Mall Road and Ridge ground in violation of prohibitory order. Youth Congress and NSUI has given call of peaceful procession on the Ridge ground against Prokhalistan activists.
