CM shakes snail paced & ailing state public recruiter 

Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, who returned from Delhi after suffering the havoc of Corona on Sunday shock the snail paced and ailing state public commissions after suspending the functioning of the State Staff Selection Commission from Hamirpur with immediate effect.The Sukhu government has issued orders to remove Jitendra Kanwar, secretary of the commission and deputy secretary from their posts and report them to the personnel department in the secretariat. Not only this, the commission has also stopped all the recruitment processes and has appointed ADC Hamirpur as the Official on Special Duty (OSD) of the commission. All the employees and officers of the commission has been directed to report to the OSD, to further assigned their duty and posting. Mr Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who was about to shoulder the responsibility of CMO have to face discomfort of crediting recruitment scam to his account however he did not did the debut of his new terms. Chief minister soonafter joining hus duty at home in the state he adopted zero tolerance policy not allowed rigging in the recruitments. State public selector or recruitment board, University and Commission have dubious distinction to leak examination questions paper on several occasions. PMT questions paper scam, Police questions paper scam and Patwari questions paper scams are prominent among such illicit trades. The recruitment on chits and posting of Employees having fake degrees are five decades old legacy continue to be there. Does using a hammer to discipline such autonomous and constitutional body which expected to perform its mandate impartially.  This step has been taken after the leak of the exam paper of JOI (IT )  and the facts revealed in the interrogation before Vigilance. The prolonging melady and ailments was accepted by notification issued in this regard by the Chief Secretary RD Dhiman here today. It has been said that in connivance with the employees of the Commission, the act of leaking such papers is suspected to have happened some time back. It has been said in the orders that the credibility of the Commission has been shaken by these actions in the Commission and prima facie it appears that the Commission has failed to fulfill its responsibilities and duties.Now state government expect that it complete the target of Employing compitent Employees, teachers, doctors,  Engineers and HAS and HPPS officers etc.The woman who was posted in secrecy branch of HPSSC Hamirpur was posted during BJP tenure. She was continue in the Commission for fifteen years. Interesting revelation which State Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau is privay stated that Uma Azad despite being in the Commission and most probably as one of member of secrecy branch succeed to qualify her son for govt jobs.
