CM Sukhu expresses grief over the demise of senior journalist Khushi Ram Sharma

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed deep grief over the demise of senior journalist Khushi Ram Sharma. He was born in village Shadi in Jubbal of district Shimla. He breathed his last today in Shimla after a long illness. He was 79 years old.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister has expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family while praying to God for the peace of the departed soul. He said that Khushi Ram Sharma worked for the newspapers Veer Pratap and Naya Lokyug. He made a distinct identity for himself through objective and fearless journalism.

Director Information and Public Relations Department, Rajiv Kumar and other officers and employees of the department also expressed deep grief over the demise of Khushi Ram Sharma and prayed to God to provide peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
