Blood samples carrying drone crashes at Mandi

A drone carrying payload crashed in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh reportedly fell in the fields near Nerchowk Fourlane yesterday. Chief Medical Officer Mandi Dr. Devendra Sharma said that the drone was carrying blood medical college samples from Sarkaghat, but due to some disturbance, it crashed before reaching the medical college. The crash of the drone is being investigated.  The accident happened on Tuesday evening, when the drone crashed and fell in the farmer’s fields in Nerchowk, Balh.  Hearing the explosion, the people around reached the spot, where the parts of the crashed drone were scattered in the fields.  The drone was carrying blood samples from Sarkaghat to Nerchowk Medical College, but before reaching Nerchowk Medical College it crashed due to technical fault. The drone belongs to Sky Air Company. The crash of the drone is being investigated.
