BJP’s Jan Aakrosh Padyatra regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill a sham : Vinay Kumar

State Congress President Vinay Kumar has called the BJP’s “Jan Aakrosh Padyatra” regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill a sham, saying it cannot mislead the country’s women on the Women’s Reservation Act passed in Parliament. He said the Women’s Reservation Bill has already been passed in 2023 , but the BJP government at the center is hesitating to implement it.

Vinay Kumar, while reacting to the BJP’s Jan Akrosh Yatra here today, said that Congress has never been against women’s reservation. He said that Congress is against the council. He said that every class and every caste should get full representation in women’s reservation. For this, a caste-based census is very important. He said that as part of a well-planned strategy, the BJP is trying to mislead the women of the country regarding 33 percent reservation. The BJP has a malicious intent. It wants to gain sympathy from women by doing pure politics in their name.

Vinay Kumar criticized the BJP, saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working under a well-planned strategy under the guise of reservation. He said that the central government was already aware that it did not have enough majority in Parliament to amend this bill, yet to gain advantage in the upcoming assembly elections in some states, it called a special session and wanted to pass it without detailed discussion. He said that the BJP has betrayed women in the name of 33 percent women’s reservation , therefore it should apologize to women and implement the reservation passed in 2023 .
