Assembly schedule sitting for Monday adjourns

Himachal Pradesh Assembly adjourned the scheduled sitting of Monday in this budget session to allow members to facilitate the members and Assembly duty staff to celebrate Shivaratri and scheduled business of Feb 28 was postpone to March 2  schedule meetings by preponing timing of house from 11 am to 10 am. Seeking to adjourned the post lunch Feb 28 scheduled sitting during this afternoon Industry Minister Vikrim Singh proposed this resolution that there are two Assembly break on Sunday and Tuesday the members of house would not celebrate Shivratri at their home in March 1. Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur and leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri also supported the resolution and speakers announced that instead of convening the house at 2 pm on Monday and adjourning the entire business houses of the day it would meet on 10 am in March 2 preponing the schedule time of 11 am. The house would now on three days break from Sunday to Tuesday. Now number of house sitting come down to 15 days from scheduled 16 days. House continue to discuss the thanks motion of address on March 2 and Chief minister canclude discussion.
