Animal Husbandry Department organized an animal infertility camp in the Dhagogi village

A joint team of Animal Husbandry Department organized a one-day animal infertility camp in Dhagogi village of Mashobra block on Saturday. About 35 animal breeders including the Deputy Pradhan of the local Panchayat participated in the camp. Senior Veterinary Officer Dr. Hemendra Sharma gave detailed information about the various schemes being implemented by the department for the welfare of animal breeders. Veterinary Officer Mashobra Dr. Rajendra Rajta talked to the animal breeders about animal care and animal diet and various problems related to cattle, especially in winters. Animal gynecologist Dr. Sunil from Taradevi Animal Hospital gave information to the animal breeders about infertility in animals and its diagnosis. Other topics were also discussed by them. Thereafter, the team of Animal Husbandry Department also examined 12 cattle in Dhagogi village. The Deputy Chief and livestock farmers expressed their gratitude to the animal husbandry team and said that such camps should be organized from time to time in the near future so that livestock farmers can take care of their pets in the right perspective.
