4-D Himachal Election campaign as voters are not appealing to hype 

Four -D means Darbar Dera, Daru and Dabangata are becoming top poll strategies of major Political parties as voters are not appealing to hype of appealing to hype of media development blitz .No one deny the role of Daru and Dabangata in state election but Darbar and Dera is extreme weapons of candidate and political parties. The scion of Royal dynasty be it of Rampur princely estates, Koti, Kullu, Chamba, Kuthar, Nalagarh, Kutlehar, Nahan and Keonthal remained remains in front in electoral Politics. People follow the dictate of such scions as divine ordain also called it ‘Loon Lota’ means vow and oath to vote in favor of particular candidate belonged to royal dynasty. If scion of particular royal dynasty appeal the subject to vote in favor particular candidate of in fashion to support or vote against certain Political party the voters flow such dictate religiously means ‘Loon Lota’. If subject are expected to violates such ordain, one could taken oath by offering water from particular Devine vassal if one breaches such vow he could be boycott in the entire  princely estate, Kasumpti, Rural Shimla, Rohru, Kullu and some assembly of Sirmaur mostly old Himachal Pradesh are facing the tunes of Darbar. Dera is most prevalent issue among Dalit and Schedule caste Constituency. There are so many followers among such Dera prominent among them are followers of Radha Swami, Nirankari mission, Sacha Soda and Satlok Ashram etc. There are 17 Schedule Caste Assembly Constituency where most of followers from such Dera have great presence or following. In Punjab Election .

Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim who is released on parole recently in light of Himachal Pradesh election from  the court.   Transport Minister of the BJP Government of Himachal reached to seek blessings.  Minister Bikram Thakur and candidate and sitting MLA Jaswa-Paragpur shown in online Satsang that he had public audience with Ram Rahim .  He appeared in the gathering state that he is  local MLA and minister and  come to seek blessings.  ” The way you are doing virtuous work in Punjab and Haryana, nothing could be bigger than that.  May the people of Himachal have your darshan and keep hearing your thoughts. On this Ram Rahim also replied that I have gone to every corner of Himachal.  So far 135 satsangs have been held.  Kujanwal was a place, no one used to go there, I went there too.  The people of Himachal Pradesh are very dear, Ram Rahim added.  Ram Rahim is serving imprisonment in Rohtak’s Sunaria Jail for sexual abuse, killing of journalist Chhatrapati and Ranjit incident.  It seems that Minister was assisted the government of Haryana as state’ play major role to get release  Ram Rahim on the parole moreover By-election is also going on in Adampur assembly seat here. At the same time, Panchayat elections are also being held in Haryana.  Ram Rahim was released on  40 days prole . The Political commentators said that it may be due to reason or Connection of assembly elections of HP. Earlier to this Haryana BJP leaders were also seen taking blessings in Ram Rahim’s online satsang. First Karnal Mayor Renubala attended the satsang. After that Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa and Hisar Mayor Gautam Sardana’s wife took the blessings of Ram Rahim in the satsang. An MP from Rajasthan and former Union Minister of State has also bowed down in the satsang of Ram. Now the BJP government of Himachal is bowing in the Dera or court of Ram Rahim. State may have also similar strategies in other Assembly Constituencies where the following of Dalait or SC votes are quit substantial. A Political commentator said that secular party like Congress and CPI(M) who are fighting for cause of such vulnerable section to fight against atrocities and untouchability which is more prevalent against people in old Himachal also fall victim of such allurement to shun or annihilations of caste. The revolutionary movement did not able to able to take People of vulnerable section along with them as they are becoming followers of such Dehra to shun their caste identity and avoid discrimination. However it may help to socially elevate them or assist them to get equal treatment across caste but such Dera are statetous quoist. We are facing tough challenges from Dera. Another section of society who are extremely poor are also get allurement of free bees mostly liquor. Current data of State election department indicates that about three lakh liter of illicit liquor or sized during enforcement of MCC. There are some slum where candidate or political parties distribute liquor to appease voters. Use of Money and others free bees couldn’t be denied. Pressure cooker,  Blankets and others freebees are being supplied to Political parties through their booth agents to reach to such people whom expects or demands it. Dabangata or Muscle power also being used against weaker sections if they didn’t  fall under any allurement. There are large number sensitive and hypersensitive polling stations in the boarder areas of state including Doon in Solan, Poantashaib and Santoshgarh Bilaspur and Kangra district
