Diwakar Dutt Sharma wins Gram Panchayat Barog with a landslide victory by 167 votes

The results of the Panchayat elections held for the post of Pradhan in Gram Panchayat Barog have been declared. The elections were held in a peaceful, democratic, and enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the Panchayat area, with Panchayat residents participating enthusiastically and exercising their right to vote.

According to the declared results, the candidates for the post of Pradhan received the following votes –

* Diwakar Dutt Sharma – 503 votes
Dharam Prakash Sharma – 336 votes
* Naresh Sharma – 323 votes
* Meenakshi Sharma – 78 votes

In the election results, Diwakar Dutt Sharma won a landslide victory, defeating his nearest rival, Dharam Prakash Sharma, by a huge margin of 167 votes. As soon as the results were announced, a wave of joy spread among supporters and panchayat residents. Supporters expressed their happiness by distributing sweets and congratulating each other.

Of particular note is that Diwakar Dutt Sharma, who previously served as a Panchayat Inspector and possesses extensive administrative experience, has now been elected to serve the Panchayat. The people of the Panchayat area expressed their trust in his experience, unassuming nature, and public service mindset, and extended their support to him.

After his victory, Diwakar Dutt Sharma expressed his gratitude to the Panchayat members, saying that this victory is not the victory of any one person, but rather the trust, love, and blessings of the people of the entire Panchayat area. He said that he will prioritize development work by engaging every section of the Panchayat and will work with transparency, honesty, and a spirit of public interest.

While specially thanking the youth, elders, mothers-sisters and all the voters, he said that continuous efforts will be made for the development of roads, sanitation, drinking water, education, health and other basic facilities in the Panchayat.

The Panchayat residents and supporters also expressed hope that under the leadership of Diwakar Dutt Sharma, Gram Panchayat Bardog will establish a new identity in the direction of development, transparency and public service.
