Tulip Garden in Palampur Set to Dazzle Visitors from February 10
Nature lovers in Himachal Pradesh are in for a treat—the Tulip Garden developed by CSIR–Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT), Palampur will open its gates to the public on February 10, 2026.
This year, the garden is bursting with life, showcasing 50,000 tulip bulbs across six vibrant varieties. Visitors can expect a breathtaking display of colors—rows of red, yellow, pink, purple, and white tulips painting the landscape like a living canvas.
For tourists, students, and locals alike, the garden offers more than just flowers—it’s an immersive experience. Strolling through the pathways, people will be greeted by the crisp mountain air, the backdrop of snow‑capped peaks, and the gentle sway of tulips in the breeze. Families often come here to picnic, photographers capture the kaleidoscope of colors, and students find inspiration in the harmony of science and nature.
Just as in past years, the garden is expected to become a major attraction, drawing crowds eager to witness the Himalayan spring unfold in all its glory. For Palampur, it’s not just a garden—it’s a celebration of beauty, research, and community.
