As a key highlight of HIM MSME FEST – 2026, the Department of Industries, Government of
Himachal Pradesh, is organizing an exclusive CEO Interaction – Strategic Leadership Dialogue for
Investment & Industrial Growth on 4 th January 2026 at Hotel Peterhof, Shimla.
Industry Minister Harshvardhan Chauhan said that the high-level interaction will be
held in the distinguished presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh.
This the high-level interaction will bring together eminent Chief Executive Officers, Managing
Directors, Promoters and Industry Leaders from priority and sunrise sectors including
Pharmaceuticals, Green Mobility, Food Processing, Dairy, Data Centers, and Defence Sectors.
Envisioned as a closed-door, curated leadership dialogue, the CEO Interaction will serve as a
focused Business-to-Government (B2G) platform to facilitate candid discussions on investment
opportunities, policy facilitation, regulatory reforms and long-term industrial growth prospects in
the State.
Sh. R. D. Nazeem, ACS Industries said that the interaction reflects the State Government’s
commitment to collaborative governance, investor-centric policymaking and ease of doing business,
while positioning Himachal Pradesh as a future-ready, sustainable and globally competitive
investment destination. The dialogue aims to present the State’s evolving industrial ecosystem,
infrastructure readiness and sector-specific strengths, enable direct and meaningful engagement
between industry leaders and the Government, understand investor perspectives and expectations,
and explore opportunities for anchor investments, industrial clusters and value-chain integration,
particularly in MSME-linked manufacturing.
The interaction will also encourage collaborations between large enterprises and local MSMEs,
fostering inclusive and sustainable industrial growth. Key highlights of the event include
participation of leading national and international industry leaders, a policy address and vision
presentation by the Department of Industries, sector-focused roundtable discussions, one-to-one
interactions between industry leaders and senior government officials and a platform for MoCs/
MoUs and investment intent announcements.
Dr. Yunus, Director Industries said that The CEO Interaction is expected to strengthen investor
confidence in Himachal Pradesh, lead to identification of new investment proposals and expansion
plans, provide valuable inputs for further refinement of industrial and MSME policies, and
contribute to the creation of a roadmap for sustainable, technology-driven and employment-oriented
