Two laborers die in landslide mishap in Himachal
Two Laborers belonging to Nepal and the Chamba district of the state died in a midnight landslide incident during Minning near the Manju Dabti area at Gumma in the Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh.
A spokesperson of the State Government informed here today that the incident Landslide occurred around midnight of the intervening night of April 12 and 13 near Gumma. In the mishap, two workers were buried under the debris and are recovered from the rubbles by rescue teams. The deceased are identified as Gopal,(24) of Nepali origin, and Vishal (26) from Chamba.
Administeration has released interim relief to the next of the deceased. The spot is about 75 km away from the capital town. Local police lodged a case to probe the mishap and endangering the lives of workers.
