Three youths were killed and three others seriously injured close to Rampur

Three youths were killed and three others were seriously injured when a car rammed into a deep gorge in Taklech area of ​​Rampur sub-division, about 130 km from Himachal Pradesh capital Shimla.  
 According to the police, the incident took place at 2230 hrs last night near Dimadu Nala under Taklech police outpost, 32 km from Rampur.All the deceased were residents of Ani in district Kullu and their age is stated to be between 20 and 23 years.    As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police team reached the spot and rescue operation was carried out with the help of local people in the midst of severe cold.  The injured have been brought to the Khaneri Regional Hospital, Rampur.
 According to police, the car (HP 35-6665) fell into a gorge about 250 feet deep on the Rampur-Badrash-Paljara-Rohru link road and three youths died on the spot.
  The deceased have been identified as Sanchit son Nand Lal resident, Aman Bharti son Brij Lal and Rahul son Krishna Lal.  The condition of 3 injured remains serious.
 Superintendent of Police Shimla Dr. Monika has confirmed the accident.  She said that the bodies have been handed over to the relatives after post-mortem.  She said that the police have registered a case regarding the accident and the reasons are being investigated.
