Theog School became the overall champion in the Under 19 tournament

The Under 19 sports competition of Theog Zone which was going on for the last four days at Government Excellent Senior Secondary School Theog, concluded. In which Government Student Senior Secondary School Theog got the title of overall champion. About 550 student players from 24 schools participated in this four-day sports competition. Local Panchayat Pradhan Dinesh Jagta participated as the chief guest. He saluted the march past presented by the players and distributed prizes to the winners and runners-up. Contractor Gopal Sharma was present as the special guest.
In volleyball, Government Senior Secondary School Chiyog defeated Kufri in the final and won the trophy. Similarly, in Kabaddi, Theog School stood first and Chiyog second and in Kho-Kho, Theog stood first and Sandhu School second. In badminton, Theog School stood first and Kufri stood second. The title of the cultural programme went to Government Excellent Senior Secondary School Chiyog. Theog stood first in the Yoga competition, DAV Gajeri Theog in chess and Chiyog School in wrestling and Judo stood first. Bathlawag was the winner in group singing and Matyana in one-act play.
Principal Sandeep Sharma welcomed the chief guest and gave detailed information about this four-day long sports competition. He thanked Hira Singh Jagta, Vijayalakshmi Sharma, Lal Chand Jagta for contributing to this competition. On this occasion, apart from physical teachers and players from various schools, officials of Panchayat and Mahila Mandal also participated.
