The ongoing dispute in Chiyog School has been resolved through mutual agreement : Sandeep Sharma
A recent dispute between a parent and a teacher at the Government Central Primary School, Chiyog, in the Kasupanti constituency, was successfully resolved through mutual understanding, dialogue, and mediation by the school administration, Principal Sandeep Sharma confirmed.
The Principal stated that a parent recently filed a complaint regarding alleged abuse of their child. The school administration took immediate action and conducted an impartial review of the facts by bringing both parties face-to-face. The investigation and discussion clarified the situation, and both parties agreed to maintain mutual respect and cooperation. While the teacher assured them of a sensitive and restrained behavior toward students in the future, the parent also decided to withdraw his complaint and refrain from taking any further legal or administrative action.
It should be noted that this agreement was reached in the presence of the school administration, completely voluntarily and without any pressure. All parties pledged to maintain a positive environment in the future and prioritize the interests of the students.
The Principal said that the safety, respect and overall development of the students is the top priority in the institute and any kind of problem will be solved through dialogue and cooperation.
