The condition of experience certificate for the post of MPW should be removed – Dr. Tanwar
It is not logical to ask for six months’ experience certificate for the post of Multipurpose Worker i.e. Beldar being filled in the Jal Shakti Department. Apart from this, the youth have been given one week’s time to apply for these posts, which is not appropriate. State Kisan Sabha President Dr. Kuldeep Tanwar said in a statement issued on Wednesday that the possibility of back door entry in asking for six months’ experience for the post of Beldar cannot be ignored. It should be noted that 29 posts of Multi Purpose Worker i.e. Beldar are to be filled in Jal Shakti Department Kasupanti Mandal for which the department has sought six months experience certificate from JSV, Public Works Department, CPWD or any out source agency and along with this It is also stipulated that this certificate should be countersigned by Axion. They allege that there has been no wide publicity regarding these posts. The department gave only one week’s time to apply, which is a sheer mess with the future of the youth.
Dr. Tanwar argued that the youth who are already working in JSV, PWD or any out source agency will not apply for this post. Secondly, common unemployed youth will not be able to apply for this post. For these posts, if the youth submits proof of his/her experience from a registered contractor, no officer will counter-sign it. Some distressed unemployed youth say that the postings on these posts seem to be due to the collusion of politicians and the department. These youth told on the condition of anonymity that earlier also the department has issued experience certificates to their favorites for posting on such posts.
Dr. Tanwar has demanded from the government that the condition of experience proof for the post of Multi Task Worker i.e. Beldar should be immediately removed. Apart from this, the date for applying for these posts should also be extended in public interest so that no unemployed youth is deprived of applying.
When Executive Engineer JSV Kasupanti Mandal was talked to about this, he told that the recruitment process is being done as per the rules made by the government.
