Tenecteplase Injection by Doctor Saves Sunil After Heart Attack at Junga Hospital
As a result of the efforts of the doctors of Civil Hospital Junga, Sunil Kumar was saved from a serious heart attack. The hospital’s medical in-charge, Dr. Manoj Verma, said that yesterday, 32-year-old Sunil Kumar of Dhaliana village, adjacent to Junga, suffered severe heart pain. His family members immediately brought him to Civil Hospital Junga. At the hospital, Dr. Priyanka and staff nurse Ambika immediately conducted an ECG on the patient, which confirmed a heart attack. The doctors immediately administered Tenecteplase injection to the patient, which gave him relief and reduced his heart pain.
Dr. Manoj Verma stated that the market price of Tenecteplase injections is approximately 40,000 rupees, and they are made available free of charge to all hospitals by the government under the STEMI Project. He explained that in the event of a serious heart attack, if this injection is administered within four hours, the patient can be saved from a heart attack.
Dr. Manoj stated that Sunil Kumar is now healthy after receiving this injection and is undergoing treatment at IGMC. He urged the people of the Junga area to seek immediate medical attention if they experience a serious heart attack. This could help prevent a heart attack.
