Suhani from Kangra was crowned Manali Winter Queen 2025
On the final day of Manali’s Winter Carnival, the prestigious Winter Queen title was awarded. Suhani from Kangra was crowned Winter Queen 2025, with Amisha Thakur from Sirmaur as the first runner-up and Aditi Negi from Manali as the second runner-up. Manali’s MLA, Bhuvneshwar Gaur, honored the winners and wished them a bright future.
Intense Competition Among 20 Contestants The competition for the Winter Queen 2025 title was fierce, with 20 contestants participating. The top 5 finalists included Himani Khanna from Shimla, Aditi Negi from Manali, Amisha Thakur from Sirmaur, Ishita Rana from Mandi, and Suhani Katoch from Kangra. They were asked to answer questions on women’s issues, showcasing their intelligence and eloquence. Suhani ultimately won the crown after a tough competition.
Top 10 Talented Participants The top 10 contestants included Suhani from Arunachal, Tanishka from Rampur, Himani Verma from Shimla, Aditi Negi from Manali, Amisha from Sirmaur, Ishita Rana from Mandi, Komal Preet from Chandigarh, Meenakshi Sharma from Lahaul Spiti, Suhani Katoch from Kangra, and Sneha from Mandi. Each participant demonstrated exceptional talent and grace, aiming for a spot in the top 5.
A Pause in Festivities The first round of the competition took place on January 22 at Manu Rangshala in Manali, featuring catwalks and introductions. However, the cultural evening on January 23 was canceled due to a tragic incident. The festivities resumed on January 24, with all contestants, including Aditi Negi, Amisha Thakur, Anita, Himani Khurana, Ishita Rana, Komalpreet Kaur, Mahima Katoch, Preetika, Sadhna, Sandali, Sevani, Meenakshi Sharma, Shivli Thakur, Shraddha Dogra, Srishti, Shweta, Sneha, Suhani, Tanishka, and Vanshita Mehta, promoting unity in diversity.
In the grand finale, MLA Bhuvneshwar Gaur attended the fifth and final cultural evening, honoring all the winners and expressing gratitude to those who contributed to the success of the carnival.
