St. Edwards Old Boys Association sponsored football match
Total four teams participated in this event namely Walsh, Hayes, Bosco and Downey XI were the teams. The names of these teams were chosen after the names of the former principals of the school, this information was given by the secretary of this association Abhimanyu. The competition was started on 15th June and concluded on 22nd June. After the league match, the final match was played between Bosco and Walsh XI, which was a thrilling match.
The winner of the final match was Walsh, the match was very exciting where the score remained 2-2 throughout the match and the match went till penalty kicks where Walsh won over Bosco by 6-5.
Edwards School Principal Anil Squarea, retired Justice Deepak Gupta and association president Kapil Dev Sood were specially present in the programme.
