Shimla Gears Up for a Colourful Celebration: Summer Festival 2025 Promises Music, Culture & Social Awareness
Shimla is all set to come alive with colours, music, and culture as the much-awaited Shimla Summer Festival 2025 kicks off from June 1 to 5. Set against the charming backdrop of the historic Ridge and other key venues across the city, this vibrant event promises five days of pure joy, entertainment, and community spirit.
This year’s festival boasts a star-studded lineup, with electrifying performances by Bollywood sensation Nidhi Rastogi, Punjabi heartthrob Akhil, and popular voices from Indian Idol like Neha Dixit and Kumar Sahil. Adding a rich regional flavour, local talents such as Honey Negi and Geeta Bhardwaj will also grace the stage.
Evenings at the festival will be packed with themed cultural nights, including a laughter-filled Hasya Kavi Sammelan featuring renowned poets and a special Himachali Night showcasing the traditions of the state. Performers from Haryana, Punjab, and Jammu & Kashmir will join in under the banner of NZCC Patiala, making it a truly diverse affair.
