Sandeep gave a free trip to Chandigarh to three promising female students of Chiog School
Principal Sandeep Sharma gave a free tour to Chandigarh at his expense to three promising female students of Government Excellent Senior Secondary School, Chiog. Let us tell you that to increase interest in studies, during the last academic session, the Principal gave a trip to Chandigarh to students of class 6th to 8th who got first place in the examination, a three-day train trip to the students of class 9th and 11th and a three-day train trip to the students of class 10th. The students who secured the first position in the 12th examination were promised air travel at their expense.
In the first phase of, the Principal gave a free tour to Chandigarh from 8th to 10th March to three promising daughters, Priyanshi, Samiksha, and Vaishali, who stood first in the examination of class VI to VIII. During this time, the daughters thoroughly enjoyed many places including Chandigarh’s main tourist spot Sukhna Lake. Parents have expressed gratitude to the Principal for this unique initiative.
It is worth noting that while serving in Government Senior Secondary School, Balag, Principal Sandeep Sharma had arranged for seven promising students of class 6th to 12th of Balag School to travel by rail and air to Chandigarh and Delhi with private funds. Apart from this, Sandeep Sharma had provided an incentive amount of Rs 1 lakh each to two daughters of Chiog School Complex, who had got merit positions in the 12th class examination two years ago, to continue their further studies. Sandeep Sharma has a distinct identity in the education department as an ideal teacher.
