RD Dhiman appointed new Chief Secretary of Himachal

 Mr R.D. Dhiman , IAS ( HP : 1988 ) appointed as new Chief Secretary replacing incumbent CS Ramsubh Singh who tendered resignation here today. A notification issued here today by the Governor said that Mr RD Dhiman who is currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary ( MPP & Power , NCES , Industries and Labor & Employment ) in state Government and also holding charge of the post of Chairman, H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd. , Shimla appointed, as Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh , with immediate effect.Present Himachal Chief Secretary Ram Subhag Singh tenderred resignation from his post on Thursday after Çabinet meeting on Thursday. Ramsubh Singh on August 5, 2021, had been appointed as the chief secretary of Himachal Pradesh in place of 1986 batch IAS officer Anil Khachi who had appointed as State Election Commissioner.It is worthwhile to mention here that, Nisha Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Ali Raza Rizv who is on central deputation and Additional Chief Secretary, Sanjay Gupta are senior to Mr Dhiman were posted as advisor to state government on various capacity. Ram Subhag Singh, IAS (HP: 1987), Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla posted ad Principal Advisor (Administrative Reforms) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.  Ms.  Nisha Singh , IAS ( HP : 1987 ) , Additional Chief Secretary ( Rural Development & Panchayati Raj , Administrative Reforms , Training & FA and Technical Education ) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh , Shimla as Principal Advisor ( Training & FA ) to the Government of  Himachal Pradesh , Shimla and Sanjay Gupta , IAS ( HP : 1988 ) , Additional Chief Secretary ( Social Justice & Empowerment ) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh , Shimla as Principal Advisor ( Redressal of Public Grievances ) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh , Shimla .  The above mentioned IAS officers shall work under the overall administrative and supervision of the Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh.
