Rajgarh’s Ankush will show his skills in the All India Taekwondo competition
Brilliant youth Ankush Banolta of Dhali village of Rajgarh block will now show his skills in the All India Taekwondo competition. After securing first position in 70 to 74 kg weight category in the Inter College Taekwondo competition held recently at Patiala University, Ankush has been selected for the All India Taekwondo competition which is going to be held in Amritsar on 05 November. There is an atmosphere of happiness in Ankush’s family and area due to his selection in the All India Taekwondo competition. Ankush’s parents are receiving congratulations on their son’s achievement on mobile.
It is worth noting that earlier also in December last year, Ankush had won the gold medal in the Punjab Inter-University Boxing Competition. Now Ankush has been selected for the All India University Sports Competition where he will show his skills in Taekwondo. Ankush is originally a resident of Dhali Dibber of Rajgarh Block and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Shaheed Kanshiram Bhago Majra College, Patiala.
Ankush has passed 12th class from Government Senior Secondary School Devthi Majhgaon. After this, Ankush has passed his graduation from Degree College Solan. Ankush’s father Sahi Ram Banolta works in Jal Shakti Department and mother Mangesh Banolta is a housewife. Ankush’s parents are very happy with their son’s achievement. They say that Ankush has been a very promising child since childhood and along with studies, he has been actively participating in all kinds of sports.
Ankush told in an interview that he prefers participating in individual sports. He told that he started playing Taekwondo and boxing from Devthi Mazgaon School. He gives the credit of this to his physical education teacher Kamlesh Thakur, due to whose inspiration he has achieved this position.
