Private companies are extorting money in the name of outsourced recruitments : Prem Thakur

Prem Thakur, former president of District BJP Organization Shimla, has accused outsourcing of extorting money in the name of recruitments being done by Nailet. He says that asking for a demand draft of Rs. 500 from unemployed youth to apply for various posts of outsourcing is not logical but is sheer injustice to unemployed youth. Prem Thakur said that these recruitments are to be done on a completely political basis. The maximum recruitments among these are to be filled for 6202 posts of Aaya or Helper in schools, but in the advertisement of Nailet, the names of 6202 schools are not mentioned as to in which schools these posts are to be filled. Unemployed youth, especially women, are applying for this post on a large scale with demand drafts, but they do not know whether this post is to be filled for their local school or not. He says that for the post of Aaya Helper, 12th pass and also a diploma in Child Care Education have been demanded, which is not logical. The salary is fixed at only Rs 4075 which includes company commission.
Prem Thakur has alleged that as per the instructions of the government, Nailat Company is going to recruit for certain posts. There is no provision of reservation for SC, ST, OBC, BPL, EWS, ex-servicemen and children of freedom fighters.
It should be noted that the state government has entrusted the responsibility of filling about seven thousand posts of various categories through outsourcing to Nailet Company. In the advertisement issued by Nailet Company, a demand draft of five hundred rupees has also been sought along with the application form. The last date for the application form has been kept as 28 April 2025.
Prem Thakur said that the Sukhu government is cheating the unemployed youth of the state in the name of outsourced recruitment. He alleges that the deaf and dumb government is extorting money from the unemployed through private companies. He has demanded from the government that the condition of sending a draft of Rs. 500 for applying for the advertised posts should be removed immediately. Apart from this, it should be clearly mentioned in the advertisement that in which department or school these posts are to be filled. Reservation facility should also be provided in this. He says that the government is exploiting unemployed youth through private companies.
