Pratibha Singh has said that the wave of change of power is going on in full swing in the state. BJP is repeatedly talking about changing the customs in the state, while people have made up their mind to change the BJP government.
Addressing election meetings in favor of Congress candidates Bhuvnesh Gaur and Sunder Thakur in Manali and Kullu today, Pratibha Singh said that now the BJP’s rhetoric will not work in the state. He said that the central leaders of BJP are seeking votes in the name of the Centre. This BJP leader does not consider rising inflation and unemployment as an issue.
Pratibha Singh said that Jai Ram government has failed on every front in the state, this is the reason why he has to talk about the schemes of the Centre. There is no such achievement of the state government in whose name they can ask for votes. He said that the state is today submerged in debt of more than 70 thousand crores. BJP which has been claiming double engine in the state, both its engines have failed miserably. The Center has not provided any such help to the state, which could improve the deteriorating economy of the state.
Pratibha Singh has said that the old pension of the employees will be restored as soon as the Congress government is formed in the state, along with 300 units of electricity free to provide relief from rising inflation and unemployment, assured income of Rs 1500 per month to women and self-employed to the unemployed. A startup scheme of 680 crores will be started to start employment.
