State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh has accused the BJP of sabotaging the opposition parties by doing politics of polarization. He has said that due to some people leaving the Congress, neither the party will be weakened, nor will there be any adverse effect in the morale of the workers.

Pratibha Singh has expressed surprise at this decision of State Congress Committee working president Harsh Mahajan while giving his reaction on leaving Congress and joining BJP. He said that the Congress party which has given him full respect at every level till today and today when the party needed him and assembly elections are to be held in the state, it is very surprising that he is leaving the party.

Pratibha Singh said that former Chief Minister Late Virbhadra Singh never kept any shortcoming in the honor and respect of Harsh Mahajan. He said that today his allegation that like in Delhi, only mother and son is ruling the Congress party in the state, his allegation is very irresponsible and objectionable. He said that Harsh Mahajan has broken the trust of Congress, has hit its back, for which the people of the state will never forgive him. Congress always asked him to contest elections but he kept running away from elections, despite that he was given important responsibilities in the Congress government.

Pratibha Singh has said that Congress will fight the assembly elections in the state with full strength. Calling upon the party workers to move forward with full morale, he said that the next government in the state will be of Congress. He said that the people of the state will never forgive those who are trying to weaken the Congress by leaving the party and going to other parties.
