Congress President MP Pratibha Singh has accused the BJP of openly misusing the power to bring the state to economic poverty. He said that today the state has sunk into debt of 70 thousand crores. He said that the unemployment figure in the state has crossed 10 lakhs.
While addressing the party workers and election meetings in Rampur today, Pratibha Singh said that Congress has always done balanced development of the state, whereas BJP has made a big difference in it. He said that during this tenure of BJP only those schemes which were started by the Congress government of Virbhadra were cut. He said that just a few months ago, the Chief Minister had failed to mislead the people by making announcements in various areas of the state without any budget. He said that during his five-year tenure, he never took any care of the problems of the state. discriminated against employees.
Pratibha Singh said that the Congress would immediately restore the old pension to the employees after coming to power. Vacant posts lying in government offices will be filled. Apart from this, to give relief from inflation, women will be given financial assistance of Rs 1500 every month, and 300 units of electricity for domestic use will be given free of cost.
Pratibha Singh said that a startup scheme of Rs 680 crore would be started to make the youth self-employed. He said that Congress does what it says.
