People in the Junga area’s panchayats are troubled by weak Jio network
Consumers in the Junga area’s Gram Panchayats of Balog, Bhadech, Janedghat, Koti, Shilonbag, Peeran, Satlai, and several surrounding villages are experiencing widespread anger over the consistently poor service of the Jio mobile network. Locals allege that Jio is charging its customers upfront fees through various plans and recharges, but is failing to provide quality network services in the area.
Neeraj Sharma, Rakesh Thakur, Hetram, Ramesh Kumar, and several other villagers from the Junga area reported that network problems have persisted for the past year. Sometimes the signal is completely lost, and sometimes the internet speed is so slow that online work becomes difficult. Poor network connectivity is impacting students’ online studies, government and banking work, digital payments, and other essential services.
They say they’ve filed complaints numerous times with the company’s customer service centers and helplines, but no permanent solution has been found. They say that in today’s digital age, mobile network has become a basic necessity. Consequently, frequent network outages are causing significant inconvenience.
Consumers have demanded that Jio immediately strengthen the network system in the Junga area’s panchayats and provide additional mobile towers and technical resources as needed. Residents have warned that if the problem isn’t resolved soon, they will be forced to collectively raise their complaints with the Department of Telecommunications and relevant officials.
It is worth noting that complaints regarding mobile network services have been emerging from various areas from time to time, and consumers have been demanding better connectivity. Residents hope that the concerned company will promptly resolve their problems and provide them with better network services.
