Over 120 registrations for a seminar organized by the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Linagyas Vidyapeeth

 School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Lingayas Vidyapeeth organized a two-day multidisciplinary national seminar sponsored by ICSSR on the topic Navigating Change: Society, Technology and Human Wellbeing. About 120 registrations were received in this seminar from different states of the country.

Head of the Department, Anand Prakash Pathak said that on this occasion, Prof. was the chief guest. (Dr.) Nagendra Kumar, English Professor, IIT Roorkee, Prof. (Dr.) Divya Jyoti Singh, J.C. Sectional, Department of Literature and Languages, Bose University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Anurag Kumar Pandey, Head, Languages ​​and Literature, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, were the chief guests.

The seminar had discussions on various sub-themes and the participants presented their research ideas which covered the role of digital literacy and social change in the present era, communication as technology in shaping social interactions, and digital influences on language use, expression, and identity. The topics were about the impact of media, and how digital literacy can be promoted for inclusivity and social power.

The occasion also covered topics of management of business, society, and leadership, and highlighted scientific advances that can play a role in addressing societal challenges and how various interdisciplinary approaches can be used to tackle environmental problems and achieve environmental sustainability.
