One house and two cowsheds were completely damaged due to heavy rain in Pankufar

Due to heavy rains in Pankufar of Pachouta valley of Rajgarh sub division, a residential house and two cowsheds were completely damaged last night. While a residential house was partially damaged and nine houses came under threat which have been evacuated by the administration.
SDM Rajgarh Rajkumar Thakur said that due to the torrential rains for the last three days, the residential house of Jitendra son of Beli Ram in Pankufar has been completely damaged along with the goods. The estimated cost of which is estimated to be ten lakhs. The affected family has been provided immediate relief of ten thousand. While the cow sheds of Pankufar resident Satish Kumar and Ravindra Kumar have also been completely damaged. Apart from this, the residential house of Pankufar resident Sandeep Kumar has suffered partial damage of about 30 percent.
SDM said that nine houses in this village have come under threat which have been evacuated so that there is no loss of life. The houses of Suresh Kumar son Basti Ram, Satyendra son Kundan Singh, Surendra Singh son Surat Singh, Ramprakash son Bir Singh, Gyan Singh son Kashi Ram, Vishwajit Singh son Jabar Singh, Jagmohan Singh son Vijay Singh, Belmo Devi widow Mohan Singh and Shamsher and Subhash son Kali Ram have been evacuated and alternative arrangements have been made for their stay in the village.
He said that due to heavy rains, normal life has been disrupted. Roads have been damaged in many places due to landslides. Houses and cow sheds are being damaged. He advised people to be cautious and careful during heavy rains.
