On October 30, 68 assembly constituencies will take a resolution to change the customs together: Jai Ram Thakur
Talking to reporters in Mandi, the Chief Minister said that the people of the state have decided that this time the customs have to be changed and the BJP government has to be formed again. With this determination, the Bharatiya Janata Party will also hold Vijay Sankalp rallies in all 68 assembly constituencies.
The Chief Minister informed that along with the national leaders of BJP, Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of Bharatiya Janata Party ruled states are also coming to Himachal to address these rallies. On Sunday, 32 star campaigners will address public meetings in various districts and assembly seats of the state. The Chief Minister said that after this Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah would also visit Devbhoomi to address the people of Himachal Pradesh.
Jai Ram Thakur said that the double engine government of Bharatiya Janata Party has done unprecedented work in Himachal Pradesh. The CM said, “It is our good fortune that Narendra Modi ji has a strong leadership at the Center and he has a special attachment to Himachal. Today Himachal has got everything without asking. Whether it is about giving ST status to the Hati community or AIIMS Bilaspur, PGI Satellite Centre, Hydro Engineering College, Medical Device Park or Bulk Drug Pharma Park. The Chief Minister said that due to the double engine government, Himachal Pradesh today has every higher institution, which you could not even imagine 10 years ago.
CM said that there are 7 such schemes of double engine government in Himachal Pradesh which were started for the first time. Of these, two schemes are of the central government, while five schemes are of the state government. These schemes include Ayushman Bharat and Ujjwala scheme of the central government while Himcare, Grihini Suvidha Yojana, Sahara and Swavalamban scheme of the state government. The Central and Himachal Government have spent more than Rs 919 crore on these schemes and more than 10 lakh people of Himachal have got their benefit.
Apart from this, lakhs of families of the state have also got the benefit of many public welfare schemes like Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala, Kisan Samman Nidhi and Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana of the central government. 1 lakh 9 thousand crore rupees have been received from the center for development works in five years.
The Chief Minister said that this is the reason why Congress is upset today and it is not getting any issue to contest the elections. People know that BJP is the better option for the state. We are sure that with the blessings of the people, we will change the customs and will continue to serve the state by forming the government again
