National Women’s Ice Hockey HP -ITBP ended in draw

Host  Himachal Pradesh and Indio Tibet Borders police ended in draw in first match of Woman National Ice Hockey Championship being played natural Ice Skating Rink Kaza of Lahaul-Spiti district.
 Three matches were played on Tuesday as part of the Ninth National Women’s Ice Hockey Championship 2022. 
 It was snowing lightly during the morning match.  But within a few minutes the snowfall stopped.  
The first match was played between the team of Himachal Pradesh and ITBP. 
 In the first half of the match, ITBP team’s jersey number 5 Tsering Yangjom scored the lead.  Tsering was assisted by team member Jersey No. 14 Sudika Bano in scoring the goal.  
She gave pass to Tsering Yangjom through Puck and then scored the goal.  After this both the teams tried to score in the second half.  But the players of both the teams could not get success. 
 In the final half, jersey number 12 from Himachal Pradesh team scored a goal to level the match.  
The audience erupted with joy with this goal.  Ringjin Dolma helped to score jersey number 12.  In such a situation, the match between Himachal Pradesh and ITBP ended in a draw.  
After this the second match was played between UT Ladakh and Chandigarh.  In which Ladakh won the match. 
 Whereas the last match was played between Telangana and Delhi.  Delhi scored eight goals while Telangana team managed to score only one goal.  
On Tuesday, especially ADM Mohan Dutt Sharma, Secretary General of Ice Hockey Association of India Harjinder Jindi, Naib Tehsildar Prem Chand and other dignitaries were present.
