Himachal Budget ignore HP employee and create bankruptcy Opposition 

Opposition parties said that Himachal Pradesh General budget presented by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur in the state assembly on Friday, ignored the demands of outsourced and  NPS affected employees moroeverthe populastic budget would create bankruptcy as it is relying whooping borrowing. Reacting to the budget Opposition leader Mueksh Agnihotri said that no mentioned have been made in budget speech,  about the Old pension schemes for which employees are protesting outside the assembly, about regularisation of outsource employees to create jobs by increasing investment but the popular announcement were made to appease the different sections of society without create resource of mobilization. He said that the election would create bankruptcy and the government would leave the state debt trap.  Reacting over the budget CPI(M) member Rakesh Singha said that the budget did not speak anything about creating job avenues and provided relief to the employees who are seeking restoration of the old pension Scheme. Mr Singha said that a popular announcement is made in the budget keeping with the election years however no mention has been found how to create the resources. The state mainly relies upon borrowing to balance the budget. He said that no steps were taken to curb the inflation and provided relief for the common man. Mr Singha welcomed the increase in the allocation for MLA priority, MLA discretionary and MLA Development scheme. He said that enhancement in the honorarium of the Aganwardi and Ashaworkers and some unorganised sectors are welcomed steps but efforts should be mounted to provided the relief to these  sections from increasing inflation.
